a. Print Quality Issues: If your product has defects related to print quality, such as misprints, blurred graphics, or incorrect positioning, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product.
b. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product.
c. Size or Product Errors: If there is an issue with the size or type of product you received, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return request, please follow these steps:

b. Approval and Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
c. Returning the Product: Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags, within 30 days of receiving the RMA. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
